This Privacy Policy explains how MottoShi GameDev ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with the mobile games we publish on Google Play and the Apple App Store, and in connection with this website.
In short: our games do not require an account to play, we do not sell personal information, and advertising is served by third-party ad networks that may use device and advertising identifiers to deliver and measure ads.
1. Information you provide to us
You can play our games without creating an account. If you contact us by email — for example to report a bug, request support or send feedback — we receive your email address and any information you choose to include in your message. We use it only to respond to your request and to keep a record of support issues.
2. Information collected automatically in our games
Our games are supported by advertising. To display and measure ads, we integrate third-party advertising and monetisation SDKs. These partners may collect and process:
- Advertising identifiers (Google Advertising ID on Android, Identifier for Advertisers on iOS), subject to your device settings;
- Device and technical data (device model, operating system version, language, screen size);
- IP address and a coarse, country-level location derived from it;
- App activity related to advertising: ad impressions, clicks, session counts and in-app events.
We do not receive your name, email address or precise location from these partners, and we do not build profiles of individual players. Where a game supports in-app purchases, the transaction is processed by Google or Apple; we never receive your payment card details.
If a title includes a cloud save or leaderboard feature, that title's store listing and in-game notice describe the additional data involved. Purely offline titles do not send gameplay data to us.
3. Information collected on this website
This website is a static site. We do not set cookies for tracking, we do not run advertising or analytics scripts on it, and we do not ask for any personal information. Our hosting provider may keep standard, short-lived server logs (IP address, request time, browser user agent) for security and abuse prevention.
4. Advertising partners
Ads in our games are delivered by third-party networks. Each network processes data under its own privacy policy. Depending on the title and the region, our partners may include:
- AppLovin — applovin.com/privacy
- Google AdMob / Google Play services — policies.google.com/privacy
- Apple (App Store and advertising services) — apple.com/legal/privacy
You can limit personalised advertising at any time in your device settings: on Android, reset or delete your Advertising ID; on iOS, turn off "Allow Apps to Request to Track" and enable "Limit Ad Tracking". Our games continue to work normally when you do.
5. Children's privacy
Our games are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country) unless the store listing states otherwise. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live — for example under the EU/UK GDPR, the Turkish KVKK or the California CCPA/CPRA — you may have the right to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.
7. Data retention
Support emails are kept for as long as needed to resolve the issue and to maintain a support history; you may ask us to delete them at any time. Data processed by advertising partners is retained according to their own policies.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the limited information we handle. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International transfers
Our advertising and platform partners may process data on servers located outside your country, including in the United States, under the safeguards described in their respective privacy policies.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and material changes will be highlighted on this page.
